U-JOINT, HEAVY DUTY
The favorite of lots of old-time race car
mechanics. Note the big diameter bearings and the fact that they
are fully enclosed and are not as prone to opening up under pressure
like the regular joint. Lots of guys used to weld the upper and
lower rings together for extra insurance.
Fits 1928-1948 Ford.

OIL FILTER
One of the original filters that made FRAM
famous. This originally came out in the middle thirties when
oil filters were very unusual. Then, this exact filter was used
by Bugatti (and painted black) and some other exotic car manufacturers
as original equipment since it was so good. Race car builders
did the same-you'll see this in original pictures of thirties
and forties race cars.
Original orange and black with original
decal.
